If you ordered a print to order item- PLEASE read below. I do my best to ensure a clean and solid end product, and all miniatures are inspected after printing is complete.
If you find an issue with your miniatures, please reach out so we may resolve your issue. However, this is not the norm, and I strive to get your model out of the door ASAP! All 3D Printed Miniatures come from the respective artist's Patreon, Tribe, or Kickstarter Campaign. All rendered models are print to order, and I try to get them out as quickly as possible. Miniatures are my passion and I love sharing these amazing prints from these awesome designers.
That being said, sometimes I get backlogged (I'm only one guy after all) and occasionally things may take slightly longer than normal. After you place your order, I will put it in the queue and start with the print layout. After a successful print, your miniatures will take an isopropyl bath to get any excess resin off, then have the supports removed. Then they get hardened in the curing station.
To assemble them, Gorilla Glue or any other CA glue should do the trick. Most of these incidents can be fixed with a little glue. I highly suggest supporting these talented individuals whenever possible. While I usually only use grey, I will occasionally have to use other colors depending on my supplier.
Give it a soak in some warm water and after a minute or so in there- bring it back out and reshape the piece. As it dries, the piece will re-harden to the new form. Is there residue on your miniature? Occasionally, this can happen with items that didn't quite get all of the cleaning material off.Give it a warm wash with dish soap. If you're still having issues. Please reach out to me and we can discuss what to do going forward.
